How do I logout?

In the top navigation menu hover over "My Account" and then select “Logout” from the dropdown menu.
Alternatively, using the top navigation menu, select "My Account". Once you are on the “My Account” page, you can select “Logout” from the menu on the left side of the screen (it’s the last option at the bottom of the menu).
